Two workshops were organized for the employees of the processing plant and quarry of Bazoches. These workshops were an opportunity to discuss local biodiversity, issues of species preservation, but also the monitoring methods implemented on the site and the results obtained.

The principle of participatory sciences was also discussed and a booklet to help identify certain species easily recognizable was made available to the teams. The objective is to encourage employees to trace their almost daily observations of species that benefit from the quarry or its surroundings.

The first observations came to us the following week with beautiful pictures of a nest of corvid observed on the plant!

Thank you to all participants for their interest and intersting exchanges!
